About these rankings
This board ranks every defensive lineman, linebacker, and defensive back with a dynasty value, sorted by trade value. Use the position pills to see DL, LB, or DB on their own, and the search box to find a player. Each value is a dynasty trade value on the same scale as the offense, so a defender can be compared directly with any player or pick in the trade calculator.
How are dynasty IDP values calculated?
Defenders (DL, LB, DB) are priced from real dynasty trades that include a defender, with the offensive side of each trade held at its published value. A defender’s value therefore reads on the same scale as a quarterback, running back, wide receiver, or tight end, and values are recalculated every day.
Are there redraft IDP rankings?
No. IDP values are dynasty only. Redraft leagues do not trade defenders often enough to price them, so one dynasty IDP board applies to both dynasty formats.
How do the IDP depth tiers change the values?
The IDP setting has three tiers by how many defenders a league starts: 1–4, 5–9, or 10 or more. Each tier scales defender values by a multiplier measured from trades in leagues of that depth, so deeper leagues show higher defender values. A second setting, scoring style (Tackle, Balanced, or Big Play), adjusts linebackers against defensive linemen for how a league scores tackles versus big plays: big-play leagues pay less for linebackers and more for linemen, and defensive backs do not move. Connecting an IDP league sets both automatically.
