Where Our Data Comes From

Stats Guy Fantasy is built on publicly available data that we don’t own and don’t claim to. This page lists what we read and how each source is credited.

Sleeper

Sleeper’s public API provides the league, roster, and player data behind our tools, and the completed trades our values are solved from. Read subject to their terms.

ESPN

ESPN’s public league API provides data for publicly viewable ESPN leagues, which powers power rankings, team analysis, and the schedule matrix. Private leagues can’t be read.

Fleaflicker

Fleaflicker’s public API provides league, roster, scoreboard, trade, and draft data for Fleaflicker leagues, which powers power rankings, team analysis, the schedule matrix, and the trade tools.

NFL team names, logos, and related marks are the property of the National Football League and its teams.

nflverse

Injury history and availability on player pages comes from nflverse-data, an open community project that publishes NFL data going back to 2009. We use their weekly injury reports and roster status designations.

nflverse-data is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. We have modified it: weekly rows are grouped into continuous injury spells and summarized for display. Those derived views are ours, and nflverse does not endorse Stats Guy Fantasy or anything we’ve built from their data.

Accuracy

We aim to represent these sources faithfully, but we can’t guarantee the completeness, reliability, or availability of data we don’t control. If something looks wrong, tell us at support@leaguebeat.com.
